JUNIOR / SENIOR SOFTWARE BUSINESS ANALYST (MANAGING CLIENT ACCOUNTS)
What we are looking for :
- Over 1 or 4 years of professional experience in managing Foreign client accounts in a support role related to Software Systems.
- B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in dealing with International Clientele.
- Experience in documentation relating to software projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Basic experience in Software Quality Assurance and knowledge of HTML would be an added advantage.
- Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and integration concepts would be an added advantage.
- Be flexible to work in different time zones to give better service for Clients.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
