FINANCE MANAGER/ ACCOUNTANT
Location: NITTAMBWA
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager /Accountant to lead and manage the overall finance and accounting functions of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial, analytical and leadership skills with sound knowledge of Sri Lankan financial regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years’ finance experience (minimum 3 years in a managerial role)
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Fully qualified CASL / CIMA / ACCA
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan taxation, reporting & compliance
- Experience in budgeting, cash flow & financial analysis
- Leadership, analytical & communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee finance & accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements & management reports
- Manage budgets, cash flow & working capital
- Ensure timely VAT, WHT, PAYE, EPF & ETF submissions
- Liaise with auditors, banks & authorities
- Lead and manage the accounts team
