INVENTORY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVES
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including GRN, receiving, issuing.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering with purchasing.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper system updates.
- Supervise store assistants and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Handle store documentation, reporting, and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage, binning, and stock control procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in store/warehouse operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
