We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to manage and oversee our Direct Placement operations and drive success at every step.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth and effective management of Direct Placement operations
- Ensure a successful visa completion rate
- Thorough knowledge on visa handling documentations
- Student counselling and guidance
- Tie up with foreign universities and institutions
- Organising events / promotions to attract and engage students
- Maintaining a high conversion rate and deliver results
- Overall responsibility for entire operation
- Manage and drive the team to achieve targets
- Monitor performance, provide training, and ensure team growth
- Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Prepare reports and strategies for continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student placements, visa handling or related field
- Strong knowledge of student visa processes & documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving results
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
