ASSISTANT MANAGERS / EXECUTIVES - GOLD LOAN (Head Office, Nawala)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance by achieving key targets and KPIs in gold loan operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a high quality loan portfolio.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand our gold loan customer base.
- Manage loan recovery processes effectively to minimize non-performing loans (NPLs).
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed GCE A/L examination.
- Prior experience in the gold loan or pawn industry is a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
