Job Profile
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, providing expert advice on destinations and travel options
- Itinerary Planning: Design and tailor bespoke travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for the client
- Coordination: Manage all aspects of the travel process, including, accommodation, tours, and other travel services
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client's journey, addressing any inquiries, changes, or issues that may arise
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and services to provide clients with the best possible options
- Sales and Marketing: Assist in promoting and selling travel packages, ensuring targets are met
The Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a Destination Expert or Travel Advisor role
- A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline or specifically in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal/PR skills to connect with clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for travel and deep knowledge of global destinations is an added advantage
