ASSISTANT MANAGER RAW MATERIAL STORES
The Janet Group, a leader in natural beauty and personal care in Sri Lanka, is on the lookout for aspiring and ambitious candidate for the position of “Assistant Manager – Raw Material Stores” who has the ability to take on a demanding role.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Raw Material Stores/Warehouse Operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems.
- Experience in Skill Matrix Development and Man-Machine-Material Analysis.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving, storage, and issuing of raw materials.
- Ensure accurate stock control and timely availability of materials.
- Supervise the store team and maintain proper documentation and
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams.
