QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Join our Growing Construction Team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and project budgets.
- Measure quantities and evaluate project costs.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.
- Prepare payment applications and subcontractor valuations.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of estimation, costing, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
