PORSCHE SALES CONSULTANT

As a Porsche Sales Consultant, you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding our exclusive clientele through a highly personalized, world-class buying journey. From configuration to keys-in-hand, you will be the face of Porsche excellence in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
- Product Consultation: Provide expert guidance on the Porsche product range, including customization options (Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur) and E-Performance (Taycan, Hybrid models).
- Sales Pipeline Execution: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial inquiry, test drives, and vehicle configuration to final delivery.
- Brand Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to global Porsche Corporate Identity (CI) showroom and hospitality standards.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of local luxury market trends, competitor movements, and automotive regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably within luxury automotive, high-end hospitality, wealth management, or luxury retail.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related professional qualification (e.g., CIM/SLIM) is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Absolute fluency in English is mandatory.
- License: A valid Sri Lankan driving license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
