Sales & Marketing Manager
Seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead its sales and marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and commercially driven professional with proven industry experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for business development to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and support the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales.
- Identify operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance overall business performance.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and market positioning.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging market opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the bathware or sanitaryware industry, with a successful track record in sales and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Results-oriented, commercially astute, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
