HEAD OF DESIGN & MARKETING
ECHEM EDUCATIONS is an educational service provider committed to delivering high-quality learning solutions and academic support. We are seeking a creative leader “Head of Design & Marketing” to drive our brand vision, manage multi-channel marketing campaigns & guide our talented design team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create the digital marketing and digital marketing campaign growth.
- Oversee all visual assets, ads and website design.
- Ensure all content matches the brand voice and style.
- Build and execute high-converting marketing campaigns.
- Use data to rapidly test new creative concepts.
- Inspire a tight-knit team of creatives and growth marketers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, design or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven capability in managing multi-channel corporate marketing budgets.
- Strong skills in data analysis and project management.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
