Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are met on time.
- Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards.
- Train, guide, and supervise production staff.
- Identify and report operational issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (experience in shock absorber production is an advantage).
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
