MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (MEP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all MEP systems.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of VRV air-conditioning systems, generators, electrical installations, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other building services.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV, Access Control, and Building Management System (BMS).
- Supervise the maintenance team and coordinate with external service providers.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, records, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, or National Diploma in Technology (ND T), or National Vocational Qualification (NVQ Level 6 or Level 7) in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building MEP maintenance, preferably in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, cinemas, or mixed-use developments.
- Good knowledge of VRV/VRF air-conditioning systems, electrical distribution, generators, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
