About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Executive Operations to oversee and support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our facility in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving productivity improvements, and ensuring smooth coordination between Warehouse, Customer Service, Inventory Control, and other operational teams. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality service standards in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of operational targets.
  • Lead and support warehouse teams to maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and warehouse resources.
  • Drive inventory accuracy through effective coordination with Inventory Control and Customer Service teams.
  • Ensure timely execution of inbound, storage, picking, and outbound activities.
  • Monitor compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPI performance, and productivity metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvement projects.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to operational team members.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree, Advanced diploma or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Age 25-40
  • 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong and proven ability in leading teams, delegating tasks effectively while ensuring smooth operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or logistics software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and flexible with working hours, including shift work if required.
