ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Specialist – Ladies & Kids to support our buying and merchandising team in delivering appealing, high-quality collections that meet customer needs and drive sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support product development and assortment planning for Ladies & Kids categories
- Conduct market and trend analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities
- Work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely product delivery
- Monitor product performance and provide insights for better decisions
- Coordinate with design, marketing and retail teams for successful launches
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in Ladies & Kids apparel
- Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics and product lifecycle
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
