We are a well reputed CIDA graded & ISO Certified Construction Company and is seeking a dedicated, qualified and dynamic team to immediately fill the following vacancies:
- Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The main role of this position is to assist the Company’s Principal Quantity Surveyor in preparing take-offs, cost estimations, BOQs, material measurements, and payment documentation. Other duties and responsibilities will include assisting in cost control, preparing and evaluation of variations, and maintaining accurate records of project quantities and costs.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of one year of working experience in QS, with a strong willingness to learn in the job under an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
- Should possess a professional qualification at NVQ Level 4 or above.
- Considerable hands on experience in MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD and relevant other QS Software.
