What You’ll Do
- Supervise production staff and oversee the daily operations of the organic factory.
- Assist in factory planning and manage overall production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely shipment dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency through continuous process enhancements while coordinating with other departments to maintain seamless operational flow.
- Support audits, inspections, and reporting for organic certifications, while maintaining accurate production, inspection, and traceability documentation.
Who We’re Looking For
- Full or partial completion of an HND in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
- 1 year of experience in organic operations or organic production is mandatory.
- Knowledge of organic standards (e.g., EU, USDA, local organic certifications) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
