Requirements:

HNDE, Diploma, or other relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Age between 30–50 years.
Should reside in or around the Colombo area.
Good computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and residential project workflows.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on-site and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
