Senior Executive – Project Management

The selected candidate will support the successful delivery of digital and business transformation initiatives by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, monitoring schedules, risks and deliverables, and ensuring compliance with PMO governance standards. The role also involves facilitating stakeholder communication, preparing project reports and dashboards, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvements in project management practices.

Personal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or PMO roles
  • Knowledge of project management principles and governance
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, ClickUp, SharePoint, or similar tools
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to prepare project documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar certification will be an advantage
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
