Job Profile
- Greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serving meals and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handling payments, issuing bills, and managing cash or card transactions correctly.
- Clearing tables, resetting settings, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Personal Profile
- A basic Food & Beverage service course certification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
- 6 months to 1 year of prior work experience in a Hotel or hospitality setting.
