Job Profile
- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes, quality standards, and chef instructions.
- Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Supporting kitchen operations by conducting mise en place, minimizing wastage, and assisting senior chefs during service.
Personal Profile
- Possessing a professional culinary qualification or relevant vocational training in Food Production.
- Having 3 to 5 years of experience in a hotel or resort.
- Demonstrating sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
