SRG Holdings involves in plantations, producing high quality fresh fruits including mango, guava, banana and dragon fruit. We have already accomplished the demand of local market and are directly catering to the export.
The Company was established in 2000. Currently two farms are being operated and altogether nearly 250 employees work at both farms. We expect to further extend our business operations in international arenas.
Position
Quality Controller/Data Entry Operator (Mahiyanganaya Farm)
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production, quality, and dispatch data.
- Maintain accurate records of raw material intake, packaging usage, and final product dispatch.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-checking with supervisors and production staff.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
- Support the quality control team by documenting inspection and grading results.
- Assist with generating labels, packing lists, and export documentation as required.

Requirements
- GCE A/L or equivalent qualification, administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data management systems.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, packing, or agricultural industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates residing in Mahiyanganaya, Kandy, Polonnaruwa, and Anuradhapura will be given preference.
