Job Description
MEP DRAFTSMAN
Site : Head Office
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE :
We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to produce accurate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, support project documentation, and coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics for building projects.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure drawings align with project specifications.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and updating documentation during project execution.
- Review and verify drawings, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and related project documentation.
- Support site teams by providing technical guidance related to MEP systems.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting MEP systems for construction projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in construction projects, including residential, commercial, or industrial buildings, is an added advantage.
