Call Centre Executive
Inbound & Outbound Call Handling

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
LKR 60,000 - 70,000 base. Earn up to LKR 150,000 with incentives.
What you'll do
- Outbound & cold calls to property owners
- Handle inbound calls & enquiries
- Support property listings
- Follow up leads
- Maintain accurate records
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call centre or similar role
- Confident spoken English — our clients are English-speaking
- Comfortable making cold calls — positive & persistent
- Clear Sinhala & confident telephone manner
- Military or disciplined-services background is an added advantage
- Basic computer skills, reliable internet & laptop
