Job Description
The David Pieris Group is seeking an experienced Consultant to support the selection and acquisition of a Group-wide Treasury Management System. The consultant will work closely with the Group Finance, Treasury and IT teams to define requirements, evaluate solutions and recommend the most suitable TMS for the Group.

SELECTION & ACQUISITION
SCOPE OF WORK
- Understand business requirements and document functional and technical needs.
- Prepare Functional Requirements, Technical Requirements and RFP documents.
- Identify suitable TMS vendors and manage the RFP process.
- Evaluate vendor proposals based on functional, technical, commercial and implementation criteria.
- Assess solution architecture, integrations, security, BCP/DR and compliance.
- Coordinate vendor demonstrations and proof-of-concept.
- Provide independent recommendations for system selection.
- Support contract negotiations and implementation planning.
- Work closely with Finance, Treasury, IT and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.
- End-to-end project management and change management until project closure.

TECHNICAL & IT REQUIREMENTS
- Integration with ERP, banking systems and other enterprise systems (APIs, SWIFT, SFTP, etc.).
- Scalable and secure architecture (Cloud / On-premise / Hybrid).
- Multi-company, multi-currency and multi-bank support.
- High availability and performance.
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) with defined RTO/RPO.
- Information security, role-based access, audit trails and compliance.
- Data migration, reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Modern, flexible architecture with open integration standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- Professional qualification (CIMA/CA/ACCA/CFA/PMP) is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury/finance systems, ERP or TMS consulting.
- Proven experience in at least two TMS selection or implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, risk management, banking and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in RFP preparation, vendor evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in large corporate groups or conglomerates is an advantage.
