As an Industrial Engineering professional, you are responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across a diverse portfolio of sportswear, athleisure, intimate wear, swimwear, and lifestyle apparel by applying industrial engineering methodologies, work study techniques, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement practices throughout product development and manufacturing operations. In this role you will have an opportunity to become a Changemaker by establishing and optimizing engineering standards, including SMVs, operation breakdowns, layouts, and production methods, while enhancing productivity, machine efficiency, workflow, automation, and cost competitiveness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement, factory integration, and production readiness, driving quality, on-time delivery and overall operational excellence by being part of our teams across our locations at Thulhiriya, Koggala, Embilipitiya, Mahiyanganaya, Kilinochchi, Biyagama & Hanwella.

Join us as an Executive - Industrial Engineer:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Technology, Physical Science, Statistics, Textile Technology or Management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Work Study, or Process Improvement in the Apparel industry.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts and understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
  • GSD License/Certification and exposure to Automation or Digitalization initiatives will be an added advantage.

Join us as a Senior Executive - Industrial Engineer:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Technology, Physical Science, Statistics, Textile Technology or Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Productivity Improvement, Process Optimization, or Operational Excellence roles in the Apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Work Study, SMV validation, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, Layout Optimization, Productivity Improvement, and Manufacturing Systems, Advanced IE practices, Automation/Automation and Digitalization.
