Human Resources Specialist
Location: Colombo
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviews and selection
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, including documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure new recruits are oriented to the organization by exposing them to the Company and thereby enlightening employees about the Group and its activities.
- Ensure necessary training for staff are provided by identifying the required training need along with department heads, organizing relevant training programmes in coordination with Group HR.
- Perform other HR Operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 Passes in GCE Advanced Level
- Minimum one-year experience in related field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification.
- Well conversant with MS Office Packages.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with good communication skills (written and verbal).
