Visit low-performing agents and MEs within the allocated cluster and provide on-the-job coaching to improve their performance.
Monitor, control, and follow up on activities within the allocated cluster to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Manage the overall performance of the allocated territory, including setting targets, evaluating performance metrics, and implementing strategies to achieve desired results.
Provide guidance and support to sales staff within the cluster to help them meet their targets and maximize their potential.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the cluster.
Identify areas for improvement within the cluster and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats within the cluster.
Foster a positive work environment within the cluster by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
Serve as a liaison between upper management and agents within the cluster, communicating company policies, goals, and expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards within the allocated territory.
Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the allocated cluster to senior management.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve performance and drive innovation within the cluster.
Job Pre-Requisites
A/L with preferably professional qualification in Sales or Marketing or a Bachelor's degree.
Possess at least 5 years' experience in insurance distribution management.
Excellent communication & PR skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in all three languages will be considered an added advantage.
Develop and implement training programs for agents within the cluster to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the cluster through effective leadership and performance management strategies.
