Position:
AREA SALES MANAGER NORTH & EAST REGIONS
We are looking for an exceptionally talented, suitably qualified, and hands-on sales professional to join our Marketing Team.
The primary responsibility of the position is to drive the achievement of both strategic and operational objectives within the assigned territory by providing leadership to the sales team, identifying market opportunities, developing new business, and contributing towards maximum sales volume and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast sales, define targets, and proactively execute the sales plan.
- Improve sales volume, distribution, and trade-level execution within the territory.
- Enhance selling and distribution efficiencies.
- Facilitate the achievement of strategic and operational objectives of the assigned territory.
- Provide leadership to the sales team while capitalizing on market opportunities and developing new business.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales analyses and reports.
- Coordinate required sales-related administrative functions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the tyre industry or industrial product manufacturing sector.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil is highly required.
- G.C.E. A/L qualification in either Commerce or Science stream.
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in any part of the country.
