HEAD OF QUALITY
This role is responsible for leading the Quality function to ensure the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing excellence across the pharmaceutical operation. The position oversees Quality Management Systems, product quality, audits, validations, investigations, CAPA management, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the organization, manage regulatory inspections, develop quality capabilities, and ensure all products consistently meet GMP, NMRA, ISO 9001, and other applicable quality standards.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Master’s Degree in Science, Business Management, Pharmacy, or a related discipline, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management within pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of GMP, NMRA, ISO 9001, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Management Systems, audits, CAPA, deviations, validations, and product release processes
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems/software
