Commercial Manager
Automobile Workshop Operations
Experienced and commercially driven professional required to lead overall commercial and operational activities of an automobile workshop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee commercial, operational and administrative functions
- Drive revenue, profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, costs and business performance
- Lead and manage workshop staff
- Coordinate with Service, Parts, Finance and HR
- Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Business Administration / Business Management or related field – Mandatory
- CIMA / CMA / CA Part Qualification – Added advantage
- Around 10 years’ experience in automobile workshop operations
- Authorized dealer/agent experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills
