Job Profile:
- Execute end-of-day tasks, troubleshoot, and resolve IT equipment issues within established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely solutions and minimize downtime
- Assist with new branch openings, relocations, and refurbishments
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, addressing all IT-related matters in accordance with established guidelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring high-quality service delivery and support to meet business needs
- Foster strong relationships with end users and various departments, ensuring clear communication regarding IT matters
- Take ownership of incidents to facilitate coordination among resolving parties, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and conduct post-incident reviews
- Ensure accurate reporting and service improvements, monitor systems and alerts, and optimize the end-user experience for all IT services
Candidate Criteria:
- An acceptable Degree/Higher Diploma/ Diploma in IT from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar context
- Strong knowledge of basic IT technical skills, hardware, and networking
- Familiarity with banking applications and branch operations is a plus
- Ability to work on a shift basis, including night shifts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
- A team player with a positive attitude
