Position:
Assistant Production Engineer (DSI BIKE / Rathupaswala)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production goals.
- Review production schedules and optimize resource use.
- Minimize manufacturing costs through efficient use of available resources.
- Ensure compliance with quality certification programs and customer expectations.
- Supervise and organize manufacturing and maintenance operations for optimal productivity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma in NDT/NDES/HNDE.
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Age below 30 years.
