Key Responsibilities
- Drive company sales and business growth through effective business development strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitch documents.
- Lead client engagement activities and ensure excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.
- Network with industry professionals, attend events, and represent the company positively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive solutions and secure projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management & Marketing, or equivalent qualification (NVQ Level 6 or above).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience in the construction, design, or engineering industry will be an advantage.
