ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Success Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and successful delivery of information to our users and to our sales team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in research, creating content, understands customer needs, and delivers exceptional support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping our commercial achieve their goals.
This role involves goals linked to sales and upsell activities so is perfect for outgoing ambitious executives.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, customer success or lead generation
- Experience using Canva and video-editing tools
- Strong research and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using AI as a supporting tool
- Experience in fashion, textiles, apparel or B2B SaaS is preferred but not essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create clear customer-facing release notes for new platform updates
- Write scripts, record screen demonstrations and edit tutorial videos with captions
- Create and design LinkedIn content using Canva
- Understand new features and communicate their customer benefits clearly
- Research and identify qualified leads within the fashion and textile industry
- Support customer training sessions
- Manage priorities independently and complete work on time
