MANAGER
SALES & MARKETING
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the annual business goals related to each product category.
- Analyze and present marketing performance matrix and provide insights to the management for the business growth.
- Research emerging marketing trends and evaluate opportunities to implement new initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Lead implementation of centralized marketing projects, product launches, brand activations to enhance product visibility and customer confidence and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and business partners to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, product performance, achievement of expected KPI’s and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in CIM, CIMA (fully or partly qualified), or an equivalent recognized professional qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive new initiatives.
- Experience in the automotive or spare parts industry will be an added advantage.
