EXECUTIVE – CARD PRODUCTS
CARD CENTRE
You should ideally:
- be a degree holder in a relevant discipline, preferably with a specialization in Marketing Management
- be a member of a recognized professional marketing body
- possess over 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years at executive level
- possess experience in Cards, Product Management, Banking Operations, Payments, and P&L Management
- possess strong knowledge of Card Products, Data Analytics, and regulatory frameworks
- have strong skills in strategy development, budgeting, and performance management
- have excellent communication, leadership, project management, and relationship-building skills
- have the ability to multitask, manage pressure, and maintain operational excellence
You will be mainly responsible for:
- developing and executing card product strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- managing the end-to-end lifecycle of card products, including enhancements and optimization initiatives
- monitoring and improving financial performance through revenue growth, cost management, and portfolio profitability
- identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- driving market positioning and competitive strategies to strengthen product penetration and market share
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives and achieve business objectives
- enhancing customer experience by identifying customer needs and implementing value-added product and service improvements
