Senior Executive - Independent Quality Assurance (Mawathagama)
The Job:
We are looking for an experienced Senior IQA required to oversee quality standards, inspections, and compliance across apparel production while driving continuous quality improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in-line and final quality inspections across production lines.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
- Identify defects and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain inspection reports.
- Guide IQA teams and support continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in apparel quality assurance/IQA.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and quality standards.
- Experience handling buyer quality requirements and inspections.
- Good understanding of root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
