Senior Executive Brewing (Mawathagama Factory)
What you’ll be doing?
- Lead daily keg filling, washing, inspection, and packaging operations.
- Support the commissioning and start-up of the new keg plant.
- Monitor production, quality, efficiency, and process KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, CIP, hygiene, OHS, and company standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with the Engineering team.
- Lead and supervise operators to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Drive continuous improvement, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and reporting.
- Lead and control daily brewing department operations to achieve production plans while maintaining product quality and process specifications.
- Monitor key brewing process parameters, identify deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for?
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in beverage, brewing, packaging, FMCG, or a similar manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of production operations, process control, quality systems, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Familiarity with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and OHS standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience will be an advantage.
- A strong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to learn and adapt.
