ASSISTANT MANAGER – BRANCH TRANSFORMATION

Job Profile:
- Drive branch transformation and automation initiatives, including the LIME project
- Provide key insights to the finalization of the Detailed Requirements Gathering (DRG)
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and quality
- Facilitate end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
- Provide support during live implementations to ensure seamless transitions
- Address and resolve issues during the go-live phase to stabilize operations
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Full or part qualification in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL)
- Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Branch Operations within a reputable bank or financial institution
- Strong understanding of day-to-day branch functions, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Solid knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Control would be an added advantage
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
