JOB PROFILE
- Process and assess life insurance claims in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with policyholders, medical providers, and internal stakeholders to gather and verify claim-related information.
- Review medical and supporting documents to determine claim eligibility and validity.
- Maintain accurate claims records and ensure timely resolution within service standards.
- Provide professional and efficient support in handling customer inquiries and claim-related concerns.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry or a medical/nursing-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Professional insurance qualifications (Diploma/Certificate) will be an added advantage.
