EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES
Location – All Island
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the leasing portfolio.
- Maintain a healthy business portfolio by building and sustaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide financial support to SME sectors through leasing and mortgage loan facilities.
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
- Make customer-centric decisions using strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Achieve monthly leasing / loan disbursement targets set by the management.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in financial or FMCG sections.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Active and energetic individuals, especially those who have excelled in sports.
- Should be methodical, result-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of integrity.
