We are looking for a
Demi Chef De Partie – Pastry & Bakery
Based at Park Street, Colombo
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation of pastry items in line with the restaurant's recipes and quality standards, accurately measure and prepare ingredients while following production schedules. Knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing Southeast Asian cuisine will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar capacity, along with strong knowledge of pastry techniques, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking methods and demonstrate strong communication skills and a friendly yet professional, customer-focused attitude.
