Executive – Maintenance (Colombo - 14)
The Job:
Responsible for maintaining production machinery and utilities to ensure smooth plant operations, minimize downtime, and support production efficiency in a lingerie manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Support production teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Experience in apparel/lingerie manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
