JOB PROFILE
- Assist with recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, documentation and HR reporting.
- Support training and development programs, employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Assist with performance management processes, HR projects, and other HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Undergraduates pursuing a degree in HRM, Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates pursuing a recognized professional qualification in HR or Management are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.
