Technician/Senior Technician – Facilities & Building Maintenance
LRE: Projects and Building Maintenance
You should ideally:
- have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or technical services
- possess NVQ Level 4 or above in Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- have strong practical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, and ELV systems
- be able to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- be willing to attend emergency breakdowns and work on a shift or on-call basis when required
You will be mainly responsible for:
- carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of essential building systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, ELV, and plumbing
- diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults with minimal downtime
- conducting routine inspections and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with required safety and operational standards
- supporting installation, commissioning, and supervising contractors for new projects and refurbishments
- maintaining accurate technical documentation, maintenance logs, and asset records
- coordinating with vendors and service providers, evaluating technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality work output
