EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE – LENDING OPERATIONS
Location: Head Office
The selected candidate will be responsible for,
- Review and maintain the accuracy of legal documents in security packets and system input details in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with branches and the Credit Department to complete pending security documents and ensure timely processing of supplier payments following approval from the Head of Operations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents related to introduce payments and release payments upon approval from the Head of Operations.
- Complete the vaulting process for finalized security packets and hand them over to the Vault Officer, ensuring proper entries are made in the vault registry.
- Arrange for the first letter of completed security files to be sent to customers via registered post.
- Maintain accurate Excel records and documentation relevant to the role.
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned by management.
The ideal candidate should possess,
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar role.
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
- IT literacy.
- Strong organizational, coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and follow established procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be methodical, result oriented and should possess the capability of working under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining high level of integrity.
