- ENGLISH (Fluent) Spoken and written
- MANDARIN (Fluent) Spoken and written
- Candidates must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Work Location
Lautoka, Western Fiji
Salary & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: FJD 28,000
- Living Allowance: FJD 3,000 per annum
- Total Annual Remuneration: FJD 31,000
- Company-provided accommodation for the duration of the work permit

- Contract duration: 2 - 3 years

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding reservations, amendments and cancellations
- Assist customers in English and Mandarin while delivering exceptional customer service
- Promote and upsell travel-related products and services
- Process bookings accurately through multiple channels (voice, chat and email)
- Achieve sales and quality targets

Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, travel, hospitality or related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving and computer skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
