We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team, focusing on recruitment, employee retention, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves organizing recruitment campaigns, maintaining employee accommodations, and addressing workforce needs in collaboration with various departments. You will also coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as monthly meetings, rewards programs, and CSR projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will handle disciplinary and grievance matters while promoting adherence to company policies and fostering a harmonious work environment. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, along with the ability to work on a shift basis.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field and bring 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
