Production Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery targets.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure workflow continuity.
- Support production team in line balancing and efficiency improvements.
- Track material availability and coordinate with stores and planning for smooth production flow.
- Identify and report any production-related issues or deviations to ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Support implementation of Lean manufacturing practices and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, output, and workforce utilization.
Individual Profile
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the knit garment manufacturing industry.
- Age below 35 years.
- Degree or Diploma in Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to Lean concepts and basic industrial engineering tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
